Movement Island (by Danica) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website, based in Malta. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

We collect the information you give us when you book or create an account, including:

• Your name, email address and (optionally) phone/WhatsApp number
• Your bookings, class passes and payment status
• Any notes you share (for example, an injury to be aware of)
• Your waiver agreement and the name you sign it with

We do not store card details — payments are made directly through Revolut.

We use your information to manage your bookings and passes, to contact you about your sessions (confirmations, reminders, waitlist offers and changes), and to run and improve the service. We rely on your consent and on the performance of our booking arrangement with you as the legal bases for this.

We only share your information with the service providers that help us run the site — for example our hosting, database and email delivery providers — and only as needed to provide the service. We don't sell your data.

We keep your information for as long as you have an account or an active relationship with us, and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain uses, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact Danica.
