Within 24 hours, or a no-show— this can't be refunded or transferred, as spaces are limited and your spot was held for you.
You can cancel an upcoming booking any time from your account. If you're outside the 24-hour window, your class credit is returned automatically so you can rebook whenever suits you.
Class passes don't expire and can be used across any class. Passes are non-refundable once purchased, but unused credits stay on your account for whenever you're ready.
Occasionally a session may be cancelled (for example, weather affecting an outdoor location, or illness). If that happens, your credit is returned in full and you'll be notified as early as possible.
