I'm passionate about helping people build strength, confidence and freedom through movement. I believe movement should be challenging, playful and accessible — whether you're learning your first handstand, becoming stronger, improving flexibility or simply discovering what your body is capable of.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science and a Master's degree in Sports Nutrition, and I lecture Sports Nutrition at the University of Malta. Alongside my academic work, I've coached artistic gymnastics, handstands, strength, mobility and partner acrobatics, working with adults of all experience levels.
My coaching combines evidence-based training with a supportive, welcoming environment where progress matters more than perfection. My goal is simple: to help people move better, feel stronger and enjoy the process of learning new skills.
